Refund Policy

1. Seller and pre-purchase trial

NoveMD is operated by Xudong Wang, an individual developer based in Tianshui, Gansu, China. NoveMD provides a 30-day full-featured trial so you can evaluate features, compatibility, interface and exports before purchasing. China-region and Global payments are processed by Waffo Pancake.

2. Change-of-mind requests

Because a full trial is available and a paid licence is delivered immediately as a digital product, we generally do not offer a voluntary change-of-mind refund after delivery or activation where applicable law allows.

This does not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, repair, replacement, price-reduction or refund right that cannot lawfully be waived. Any statutory withdrawal right for immediately supplied digital content will be handled in accordance with the express consent and acknowledgement required by the consumer’s local law.

3. Situations eligible for review

Contact support if:

• a licence was not delivered after payment;
• activation fails and cannot be resolved within a reasonable time;
• you were charged more than once for the same order;
• the software materially fails to match its purchase description or is faulty;
• you believe a payment was unauthorised;
• applicable consumer law gives you a refund or another remedy.

4. How and when to request help

Email the order number, purchaser email, purchase date and a short explanation to annunziata.mansker@gmail.com. China support is also available at 613427838@qq.com. Do not send complete card details or publish a redemption code.

We normally acknowledge a request within two business days and aim to complete an initial investigation within five business days. Some refunds or payment disputes may need to be processed through Waffo Pancake support.

5. Refund processing and licence status

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Timing, currency conversion and bank processing are controlled by Waffo Pancake, payment networks and financial institutions.

After a full refund or chargeback, the corresponding paid licence may be disabled and use of that paid licence must stop. Partial refunds or situations governed by mandatory law will be handled according to the specific decision.
